Say No To Bullying!

Bullying is a type of act which abuses or hurts others, it may lead to suicidal attempts as well as there are so many cases on the ones getting bullied as well as the bully, the bully usually gets to go to prison and the bullied gets to go to the hospital or the grave, as if he takes a major step towards the bully, it leads to killings or major injuries, and if he quits his life, the bully wins. The bullied cries everyday because of everyone making fun of them which leads to depression.

This is an act of cowards! Hurting the weak and stealing their things, making rumors on them and gossiping all around the school, kids these days are already so sensitive to bullying, they already have so much pressure on them from their families and at least 70% of kids are already thinking to suicide!

When they are caught in the act of bullying, they feel hopeless and much weaker than before and finally quit from their life which they think they have no reason to live anymore. They think that it's a way to get relief from this worldly life and that they would get to find peace. But only if they knew that suicidal attempt is therefore forbidden in many religions and that they would straight enter into Hell.

This is one of the most amazing exercise done by a teacher to her students, they would remember this their whole life!
"A teacher was teaching her class about bullying and gave them the following exercise to perform. She had the children take a piece of paper and told them to crumple it up, stamp on it, and really mess it up, but be careful not to rip it up. Then she had them upfold the paper, smooth it out and look at how scarred and dirty it was. She then told them to tell it they're sorry. Now even tho they said that they were sorry and tried to fix the paper, she pointed out all the scars they left behind. And that those scars would never go away, no matter how hard they tried to fix it. That is what happens when a child bully's another child, they may say they're sorry, but the scars are there forever."
Well, forget about the victim, let's talk about the bully. The bully usually bullies smaller or weaker people and is just a person who's selfish and coward. He/She tries to overcome that person and hurts their feelings, they basically think too high of themselves and try to boost their self-esteem by showing off near other people in the means of hurting others.

There are many types of bullying such as:
  • Individual: This is done by a single person against a target.
  • Physical: This includes violence and hurts others physically.
  • Verbal: This is any bullying that is done by speaking.
  • Relational: This is any bullying that is done with the intent to hurt somebody’s reputation or social standing.
  • Cyber-Bullying: This bullying happens socially on technological devices.
  • Collective Bullying: Collective bullying tactics are employed by more than one individual against a target or targets.
  • Mobbing: Mobbing is basically ganging up with other students, workers etc, and taking on a person with a whole gang.
Basically, bullying is bullying, to all the people out there who bullies people, it's just why can't you be friends instead? You see that new boy in your school, you take your gang with you, and then insult and hurt that new kid for showing off or showing your dominancy in your school, if you have that many guts to abuse him in front of the whole school, why can't you go and introduce yourself to him and just be friends with him? Fight those who fight you, not those who are weaker and helpless, fight someone of your own size!

Parents should check on their kids feelings and know about what is happening to them, many kids don't tell their parents about the people who bully them daily, they are often scared and threatened that if they tell they would get beaten up by the bullies. And parents these days don't even look onto their kids and are busy all the time, they don't give time to their kids and when something major incident happens to their kids, they show up and be like "Oh My God, My Child! Who Did This To You? How Did This Happen, When Did It Happened?" Like only you could had known if you asked him and gave time to him.

Bullying affects many people in many different ways, it causes them loneliness, stress, anxiety as well as sadness, which destroys their relationships with their friends and families, more often they hurt themselves physically as well as mentally by which their mental health and physical body gets in danger.

Now there are many ways to stop bullying, if you see a person getting bullied outdoor, immediately call the police, then help that person who's getting bullied till the time the police arrives. Try to distract the bully! And if you see someone getting bullied indoor, such as schools, offices etc, immediately tell your teachers, principal, boss or whosoever is the owner of that respected place, and stand up with the helpless person who's getting bullied for no reason and is already in great stress, help him and show him that he's not alone, show that there is still some hope left, and show the bully that he's just a coward!
